All operations are carried out in secure environments and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Under no circumstances does VIDALFORCE S.L. have access to or store the customer's bank details; these are handled directly by the corresponding payment gateways.

Both Stripe and Banco Sabadell (Redsys), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum comply with the European PSD2 regulation and implement Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) when applicable.

The customer can use the express payment option, which allows to automatically complete the shipping and billing data with the information already saved in their payment account (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), speeding up the purchase process without compromising security.

The charge to the customer's account or card will be made at the time of confirming the order. If the payment is rejected by the financial entity, the order will be considered not made.

VIDALFORCE S.L. may carry out additional checks to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized operations, guaranteeing at all times the protection and security of the consumer.
