Terms and Conditions – Glow X Cellular Draw

1. Organising company

The company VidalForce, with its registered office at 9 Ortega y Gasset Street, 30009, Murcia (Spain), organises the free draw called “Glow X Cellular Draw”, with the purpose of promoting the brand and the Glow X Cellular product through Instagram.

2. Territorial scope and participants

Draw valid in Spain. People who can participate:

• Are over 18 years old
• Live in Spain
• Have a real Instagram account

Employees of the organising company and direct and indirect relatives are excluded.

3. Duration of the draw

The participation period will begin on 17 December 2025 and will end on 24 December 2025, both inclusive.

The draw will be held within 5 natural days after its end.

4. Participation mechanics

To participate, it will be necessary to meet all the following requirements:

1. Follow the official Instagram account @vidalforce
2. Like the draw post
3. Mention in the comments at least one person

Each additional comment mentioning a different person will count as an extra entry.

5. Prize

10 prizes will be awarded, consisting of:

• 10 units of Glow X Cellular – Biostimulating Serum

Total estimated product value: 79.95 €

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.

6. Selection of winners

10 winners will be selected randomly among all participants who correctly meet the draw requirements, using a random selection platform.

7. Communication to winners and loss of prize

The winners will be announced through the stories of the @vidalforce profile and contacted by direct message on Instagram.

If any of the winners do not respond within 72 hours from the first contact, they will automatically lose the right to the prize, which will be unclaimed, with no possibility of claim.

8. Prize delivery

The prize will be delivered at no additional cost to the winner, within Spanish territory. VidalForce is not responsible for external incidents (incorrect data, absences or logistical causes).

9. Data protection

The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively for the purpose of managing the draw and the delivery of the prize. The data will not be used for commercial purposes or transferred to third parties.

10. Exemption from Instagram's liability

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this draw, nor is it associated with it.

11. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The organising company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the draw for a justified reason.

12. Applicable legislation

The present terms are governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy will be submitted to the courts of Murcia.
