We know that shopping online can sometimes raise doubts. And although most of our customers repeat (and repeat a lot!), if something doesn't convince you, here you have a clear, simple and drama-free returns policy.

🔄 General Returns

You have up to 30 days from when you receive your order to make a return, taking into account the legal withdrawal period (you can consult it in the Terms and Conditions section).

These conditions apply once the legal withdrawal period has ended, and are designed to make you always feel accompanied and satisfied with your purchase.

1️⃣ Time to return:
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order (including the withdrawal period).

2️⃣ Cost of the return:

• 🏠 Mainland: Free! 🎉

• 🌴 Balearics and rest of the world: the shipping cost corresponding to the country will be applied (this amount will be deducted from the refund).

3️⃣ How to return a product:
In the confirmation email of your order you will find a direct link to process your return.
You just have to:

1. Click on the link.

2. Print your return label.

3. Take the package to the indicated point (we will tell you which one is the closest).

4️⃣ Refund:
As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, we will process your return in 24/48 hours.
The refund will be made by the same payment method you used to purchase.

🎨 Colour changes with Hair Fibers

We know that finding the perfect tone can be an art!
That's why at VidalForce we make it easy for you:

- If you didn't get the colour right, you can change it up to 2 times.
- The container can be open (yes, you read that right).
- The change is free of charge in Mainland and Balearics.
- For the rest of the world, the shipping cost according to the country will be applied.

💡 Expert tip: always choose a shade slightly darker than your natural colour — if it's not perfect, it's not VidalForce 😉
