1. Introduction
This document regulates the use of www.vidalforce.com and the purchase of products (the “Conditions”). Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Conditions and the policies mentioned. We may modify them; the ones in force at the time of using the website or placing your order will apply.

The data provided are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You guarantee its truthfulness and update.
4. Site Usage
- Use the website only for valid inquiries or orders.
- Do not place false or fraudulent orders.
- Provide truthful and updated contact data.
You must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract.
5. Service Availability
We sell with international shipping (see Shipping Policy). There may be occasional restrictions for legal or logistical reasons.
6. How to Place an Order
Follow the purchase process on the website. After completion, you will receive Order Confirmation and, when it is sent, Shipping Confirmation.
7. Means to Correct Errors
You can correct data in My Account or by contacting hello@vidalforce.com / +34 968 81 93 29. Before payment, the system allows you to review/modify the order. If you detect an error after paying, contact us immediately.
8. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If there are stock or supply incidents, we will reimburse the amounts paid.
9. Delivery
We will deliver according to the method/period shown on the website and, in any case, within a maximum of 15 days from the Order Confirmation, except for unforeseen or extraordinary causes. If we cannot comply, you can choose a new date or cancel with a full refund. There are no deliveries on Sundays. The delivery is understood to have been made when you or a third party indicated acquires the physical possession (signature of receipt).
10. Inability to Deliver
If delivery is not possible, an attempt will be made at a safe place or it will be returned to the warehouse. If 15 days pass without being able to deliver it for a reason not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw: we will refund payments (less additional costs of a method different from the standard and, if applicable, the return cost).
11. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk passes to the customer from delivery. The ownership is transferred when the price is fully paid (including shipping) or with delivery, whichever happens later.
12. Price and Payment
The prices include VAT (when applicable) and exclude shipping costs, indicated during the purchase. Prices may change without affecting already confirmed orders. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal (and others that are indicated). We may carry out pre-authorisation. If the entity does not authorise, we will not be responsible for delays/lack of delivery.
13. Guest Purchase
The essential data to process the order are requested.
14. VAT and Invoicing
VAT is applied in accordance with Law 37/1992 (except for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are exempt from VAT; there may generate local taxes/duties). Authorisation for electronic invoice; you can request an invoice on paper.
15. Return and Withdrawal Policy
15.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you purchase as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without reason. Communicate it unequivocally to hello@vidalforce.com or by postal mail. We will refund all payments, including those for standard delivery (no extras for more expensive methods), using the same payment method, and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return. During the legal period, the customer assumes the direct cost of the return unless there is a defect or error by VidalForce.
15.2 Additional Contractual Right (30 days in total)
VidalForce extends the return period to 30 calendar days (14 legal + 16 contractual).
- Mainland: free return.
- Outside Mainland (Balearic Islands and the rest of the world): the customer assumes the return cost according to the country's rate (it will be deducted from the refund).
15.3 Colour Changes – Hair Fibres
- Up to 2 shade changes per order.
- Open bottle allowed.
- Free in Mainland and Balearic Islands.
- Rest of the world: cost according to the country's rate.

16. Legal Conformity Guarantees
In accordance with Royal Decree Law 1/2007, amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all products marketed by VIDALFORCE, S.L. come with a legal warranty of three (3) years against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity that exist at the time of delivery.
However, being cosmetic products, of personal use and perishable nature, the warranty will apply only in those cases where the defect is manifested before the expiration date or the "PAO" period (period after opening) indicated on the package.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use, handling, incorrect storage or opening of the package.
- Natural wear and tear over time, exposure to heat, light or humidity.
- Individual skin reactions or allergies, as they are not considered manufacturing defects.
In case of a defective product, the consumer can choose between replacement or refund of the amount paid, in accordance with current legislation.
17. Liability
Our liability for products purchased is limited to the purchase price. We do not respond, except for contrary rules, for losses of income, business, data or lost profit. The website is provided "as is", without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
18. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content, brands and distinctive signs belong to VidalForce or third-party licensors. The user may use them only as authorised and to manage their purchase.
19. Security (Viruses and Attacks)
You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or carry out denial of service attacks. Any infringement will be reported to the authorities.
20. External Links
Links to third-party sites are informational. We do not control their content nor assume responsibility for their use.
21. Written Communications
Mainly by electronic means (email or notices on the website). You accept this medium for contractual purposes.
22. Notifications
Preferably through hello@vidalforce.com. They will be considered received: on the website, when published; by email, after 24 hours; by postal mail, after 3 business days from postage.
23. Assignment
The contract binds the parties and their successors/assignees. The customer cannot assign it without consent. VidalForce can assign or subcontract benefits without affecting consumer rights.
24. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, unavailability of transport/telecommunications, governmental regulations, etc.) obligations are suspended while it lasts, extending the deadlines accordingly.
25. Waiver
The lack of demand for compliance does not imply a waiver of rights.
26. Partial Nullity
If any clause is null, the rest will remain in force.
27. Complete Agreement
These Conditions and the referred policies constitute the entire agreement, replacing previous agreements.
28. Modifications
We may modify these Conditions; those in force when using the website or placing the order will apply, except for mandatory changes by law with retroactive effect.
29. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Spanish law applies. For consumers, the jurisdiction will be that of their residence in Spain; otherwise, the courts of Murcia, without affecting imperative consumer rights.
30. Comments, Suggestions and Complaints – ODR

31. Transparency (Discounts, Reviews, Personalised Prices)
- Sales/crossed-out prices: when we announce a reduction, the lowest price applied in the last 30 days will be shown (when required).
- Opinions/reviews: if we show reviews, we will indicate if they are verified and the verification/moderation method.
- Personalised prices: if we apply price personalisation based on automated decisions or profiles, we will clearly indicate it at the time of the offer.
32. Access Without Unjustified Geoblocking
We do not apply unjustified geographical blocks within the EU. There may be differences in delivery for logistical or legal reasons, but we will not prevent access to the website or completion of the purchase due to nationality or residence
